The Master of Public Health (MPH) at Rungta University is a comprehensive, multidisciplinary postgraduate programme designed to equip students with advanced knowledge and competencies to address public health challenges at the community, national and global levels. The curriculum integrates core domains such as epidemiology, biostatistics, health systems and policy, environmental health, and social and behavioural sciences, with a strong emphasis on research methods, programme planning and evaluation. Students gain exposure to real-world public health practice through fieldwork, internships and project work, preparing them to design, implement and evaluate public health interventions that improve population health outcomes. The MPH programme fosters critical thinking, ethical leadership and strategic decision-making skills in public health research, policy and practice.
