The Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Forensic Science at Rungta University is a multidisciplinary, advanced postgraduate programme that combines scientific rigour with investigative practice to prepare students for careers in criminal justice, forensic laboratories, law enforcement, and research. The curriculum integrates core forensic disciplines — such as forensic biology, forensic chemistry, toxicology, digital forensics, crime scene investigation, and forensic psychology — with modern analytical techniques and evidence evaluation methods. Centred on hands-on laboratory experiences, simulated crime scenes, and case study analyses, the programme equips graduates with in-depth scientific knowledge and practical skills to collect, analyse, interpret and present forensic evidence in real-world contexts.
