The B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) at Rungta University is a five-year integrated undergraduate programme designed to build a strong foundation in law, commerce, and business governance. The programme combines core legal education with commerce and business disciplines such as accounting, finance, taxation, and business management, enabling students to understand the legal framework governing corporate and financial systems. Through a curriculum aligned with Bar Council of India guidelines and contemporary legal education standards, students gain expertise in areas such as corporate law, taxation law, banking and insurance law, commercial contracts, and legal research. The programme blends classroom learning with practical exposure through moot courts, internships, legal aid clinics, corporate case studies, and industry interaction, preparing graduates for careers in corporate law, financial compliance, taxation practice, and business consultancy.

  • Integrated Commerce & Law Curriculum
    • A five-year integrated programme combining Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws, offering interdisciplinary knowledge of business, finance, and legal systems.
    • Study of commerce subjects such as accounting, economics, taxation, and business management alongside core legal subjects including constitutional law, corporate law, and contract law.
    • Strong emphasis on analytical thinking, commercial awareness, legal reasoning, and regulatory understanding.
