Late Shri Ghanshyam Dasji Rungta, committed to shaping the future of our demographic dividend and inspired by his father, Shri Rai Saheb Richpalji Rungta, took up the responsibility of providing quality education to the residents of Bhilai and Durg during the early part of the 20th century. Carrying forward this noble vision, his son Shri Santosh Rungta further strengthened the foundations of the Institute, ensuring that it continues to evolve as a centre of excellence in education.
